This is the PSP Go, which apparently features:

• 43% lighter body than the PSP-3000
• 16GB of Flash storage, Built-in Bluetooth
• Memory Stick Micro slot
• Full PlayStation Network support
and
• Integration with the PlayStation 3 console
Judging by the leaked pictures, it also has no UMD slot. Really?! A PSP with no UMD slot? I'll believe it when I see it.
